Maintenance Procedures
For general repairs, the fastest and best method is to submit a Work Order through your Tenant Portal.
Attach photos if you can.
Be specific, detailed, and fill out each applicable section of the request.
Our staff receives an email notification of your repair request and will assign a vendor.
One of our staff members may call you to troubleshoot if it's a simple fix.
You will get notified of the next steps through a call, text, or message through your tenant portal.

Please do not use this for non-maintenance questions.
Repair or damage caused by negligence or misuse is the tenants responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, and tenant will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials.
