A Pet-Friendly, Community-Friendly Policy

Our pet/animal policies take into account the needs of management, pet owning tenants and non-pet owning tenants, as well as the needs of the pets themselves with a goal to create a harmonious co-existence of all in our animal friendly communities by fostering an attitude of respect, cooperation and consideration.

The overall consideration to approve your pet includes the age, weight, and breed of the pet.

For pet-friendly properties, a one-time pet fee and monthly pet rent will apply to approved pets. Those charges can vary from property to property.

Get your pet approved prior to submitting the rental application.

Please be prepared to submit a photo along with your request for approval.

Non-qualifying pets may result in denial of the rental application.

We accept service animals with proper documentation.

Service animals are not subject to the additional pet fee or monthly pet rent.

Up to two pets total per unit (cats / dogs)
As part of providing well-maintained communities, we require all dogs to be swabbed and entered in our PooPrints DNA system.
Renters insurance is required for all animal owners.
Please contact us prior to potentially adding any new animal to your unit.
One (1) year or older and 50lbs or fully grown.
